These terms cover the text-message program and website of iSharpe Computer Solutions, a computer repair and IT support business in Burlington, North Carolina.

iSharpe Computer Solutions appointment texts

Customers who give us their mobile number and agree to receive texts get appointment notifications from iSharpe Computer Solutions: a confirmation when an appointment is booked (or its time changes), a reminder the day before, and a reminder the morning of the appointment. We do not send marketing texts. Agreeing to receive texts is not required to buy any service.

How often

Message frequency varies: usually about 3 messages per appointment.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

Help and opting out

Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; you will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent. To start again, reply START or ask us.

Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

How we handle your information, including your mobile number, is explained in our Privacy Policy at isharpe.com/privacy-policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
